1. Services.

Eagle Pass Electrician Guide is an independent electrical resource and referral site serving Eagle Pass, Elm Creek, Carrizo Springs, Del Rio, Uvalde and Crystal City, TX. It is not an electrical contractor and does not perform, supervise or warrant electrical work. Its services are publishing information about Electric Panel Upgrade, Electric Panel Installation, Electric Panel Replacement, Electrical Subpanel Installation, Circuit Breaker Replacement and Fuse Box Replacement and passing requests submitted through the Site on to independent licensed electricians (the "Services"). The disclosure above forms part of these Terms.

The Site is informational. It does not create a contract for any work and it is not an offer to perform work. Eagle Pass Electrician Guide does not give prices, estimates or quotes, and it does not publish a price for any particular job. Anything the Site says about what a job costs, including what tends to move the price up or down, is general information only: it is not an offer, it binds nobody, and the only price that means anything is the one a licensed electrician gives you in writing after looking at the job.

Submitting the form on the Site is a request to be passed on to an electrician. It does not book anything, and it does not oblige Eagle Pass Electrician Guide to pass your request to anyone or to respond to it.

2. Eagle Pass Electrician Guide Content.

The Site contains HTML, applications, messages, text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, works of authorship and other content (collectively, "Content") of Eagle Pass Electrician Guide or its licensors ("Eagle Pass Electrician Guide Content"). Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message. We will send one confirmation message and you will receive no further messages from us.

Rejoin. To rejoin, opt in again through the form on this website and we will resume sending messages.

Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or use the contact form. Eagle Pass Electrician Guide does not publish a phone number or an email address; the form is the way to reach us.

Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not required to submit the form or to use the Site, and it is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.

5. Third-Party Services.

The Site may make available, or third parties may provide, links to other websites, applications, resources, Content or other products or services created, hosted or made available by third parties ("Third-Party Services"). The independent electricians we pass requests on to, and anything they say, quote, publish or do, are third parties and third-party conduct for the purposes of these Terms. When you access or use a Third-Party Service, you are interacting with the applicable third party, not with Eagle Pass Electrician Guide, and you do so at your own risk. Eagle Pass Electrician Guide is not responsible for, and makes no warranties, express or implied, as to, the Third-Party Services or their providers, including without limitation the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by such Third-Party Service or the privacy practices of any third party. Inclusion of any Third-Party Service or a link to it on the Site does not imply approval or endorsement of that Third-Party Service. Eagle Pass Electrician Guide is not responsible or liable for the Content or practices of any Third-Party Service, even if that Third-Party Service links to, or is linked by, the Site.

6. Privacy.

7. User Responsibilities.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when submitting forms or opting into communications. You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your contact details and for ensuring that the phone number you provide belongs to you. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable or impair it. EAGLE PASS ELECTRICIAN GUIDE ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY (i) ERRORS, MISTAKES OR INACCURACIES OF DATA OR INFORMATION POSTED, DISPLAYED, PUBLISHED OR MADE AVAILABLE ON THE SITE, (ii) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SITE, OR (iii) THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY NOT UNDER EAGLE PASS ELECTRICIAN GUIDE'S CONTROL.

THE ELECTRICIANS ARE INDEPENDENT THIRD PARTIES. EAGLE PASS ELECTRICIAN GUIDE DOES NOT VET, ENDORSE, CERTIFY OR SUPERVISE THEM. ANY AGREEMENT, PRICING, WARRANTY AND LIABILITY FOR WORK IS STRICTLY BETWEEN YOU AND THE ELECTRICIAN YOU HIRE.

ANYTHING THE SITE SAYS ABOUT COST, TIMEFRAMES OR HOW A JOB IS DONE IS GENERAL, MAY BE OUT OF DATE, AND MAY BE WRONG FOR YOUR JOB. IT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE AND MUST NOT BE RELIED ON IN PLACE OF A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN.

12. Limitation of Liability.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND WITH RESPECT TO THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ONLY: (a) IN NO EVENT SHALL EAGLE PASS ELECTRICIAN GUIDE, ITS OWNERS OR THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, OFFICERS OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE; AND (b) IN NO EVENT SHALL EAGLE PASS ELECTRICIAN GUIDE'S CUMULATIVE AND AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100). THE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

EAGLE PASS ELECTRICIAN GUIDE IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ACT OR OMISSION OF ANY ELECTRICIAN OR OTHER THIRD PARTY YOU FIND THROUGH THE SITE OR WHO CONTACTS YOU AFTER WE PASS ON YOUR REQUEST, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DEFECTIVE OR UNSAFE WORK, PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, DELAY, OVERCHARGING, FAILURE TO APPEAR, OR FAILURE TO HOLD A VALID LICENSE OR INSURANCE. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

13. Responsibility for End Users.

You are responsible for violations of these Terms by anyone using the Site with your permission or using your contact details on an unauthorized basis. Your use of the Site to assist another person in an activity that would violate these Terms if performed by you is itself a violation of these Terms. These Terms apply to anyone accessing or using the Site; each provision in these Terms shall be interpreted to include, and apply to, any action directly or indirectly taken, authorized, facilitated, promoted, encouraged or permitted by a user of the Site, even if that person did not themselves violate the provision.

14. Termination and Monitoring.

14.1. If you violate these Terms, Eagle Pass Electrician Guide may suspend or terminate your use of the Site. That right applies even if a breach is committed unintentionally or without your authorization, where Eagle Pass Electrician Guide believes that suspension or termination is necessary to ensure compliance with Applicable Laws or to protect the rights, safety, privacy, security or property of Eagle Pass Electrician Guide, its customers or third parties.

18. Miscellaneous.

These Terms constitute the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between the Parties with respect to the Site and supersede all proposals, oral or written, and all other communications between the Parties relating to the subject matter of these Terms. Where any information posted on the Site conflicts with a provision of these Terms, the provision of these Terms controls. Any terms and conditions of any other instrument issued by you in connection with these Terms which are in addition to, inconsistent with or different from these Terms shall be of no force or effect. These Terms do not, and shall not be construed to, create any partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, agency or franchisor-franchisee relationship between you and Eagle Pass Electrician Guide. You may not assign, transfer or sublicense all or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without Eagle Pass Electrician Guide's express prior written consent. The failure of Eagle Pass Electrician Guide to exercise or enforce any condition, term or provision of these Terms will not operate as a waiver of it, and any waiver shall not be construed as a waiver of any other condition, term or provision.
